Placing your order
Christmas orders close on Monday 14 December. We will confirm your order by email or phone. To make changes, please call or email us before 14 December.
Prices
All prices are approximate. Your final bill will relate to the exact weight of your products. We aim to keep it as close as possible to your projected total. Where a price is shown as to be confirmed, we will let you know the price before collection or delivery.
Payment
Turkeys require a £20 deposit per turkey. We will contact you after you place your order to take the deposit by online invoice. The deposit is taken off your final bill. All other payment is taken on collection or delivery.
Collection
Please collect your order on the day you chose, within opening hours. If you can no longer make your collection day, let us know as soon as possible so we can help.
Delivery
For local and nationwide delivery, we will be in touch to arrange delivery days. The delivery charge shown on the order form is added to your bill. Please make sure someone is available to receive chilled and fresh produce.
Availability and sizes
Our meat, cheese and produce are natural products, so weights and sizes can vary slightly from those ordered. If something is unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative.
Cancellations
Many Christmas items are ordered in or prepared especially for you. If you need to cancel, please tell us before 14 December.
Allergies
If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, please mention it in your order notes or ask a member of staff before ordering.
